My name is Melinda, and I am the owner/operator of Nosh. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of Charleston and have extensive experience in catering, corporate kitchens, and food management.

I have always had an eye for detail, love exploring creativity, and am passionate about food. I opened Nosh in June of 2021 and have enjoyed providing my clients with edible art ever since.
