PickUp - By Appointment Only
We offer free curbside pickup at our commercial kitchen located a 6185 Rivers Avenue, Suite A (inside KTCHeN).
- Wednesday - Sunday : 9am - 1pm
- You will be able to schedule your exact pickup time during the checkout process.
**PLEASE NOTE** We are not a retail store and are not always at the kitchen. Please MAKE SURE you arrive at your selected pickup time (unless otherwise arranged). We schedule deliveries around pickups and therefore are unable to wait for late arrivals. Unclaimed pickup orders will receive NO RERUND.
Delivery - Minimum Order Amount Required
- Wednesday - Friday : 11am - 5pm
- Saturday : 9am - 3pm
- Sunday : 9am - 1pm
- You will be able to schedule a delivery window during the checkout process.
**PLEASE NOTE** For a successful delivery, we need to have your (or your recipient's) correct contact information, full address including apt or unit number, any entry codes needed to access the space, and phone number.
- Someone should be available to receive the order during your selected delivery window unless otherwise arranged - we can deliver to your AirBnb frig prior to your arrival.
- If no one is at the delivery location when we arrive and no prior arrangements have been made, we will either leave the order at the front door (if current temperature is below 75 degrees) or return the order to the kitchen for pickup or re-delivery the following day (additional fee). Unclaimed delivery orders will receive NO REFUND
Our delivery fee is based on straight-line distance from our kitchen (6165 Rivers Avenue, Ste A) to your address and is automatically calculated by the system.
Up to 5 miles - $10 delivery fee with a $50 minimum order
5-13 miles - $15 delivery fee with an $80 minimum order
13-17 miles - $20 delivery fee with a $125 minimum order
17-20 miles - $25 delivery fee with a $125 minimum order
20-25 miles - $30 delivery fee with a $160 minimum order
