IS NOSH BOARDS A LICENSED BUSINESS?
We are licensed by the state and all counties serviced, permitted and inspected by DHEC, work in a rented commercial kitchen, are ServeSafe certified in food safety, and carry liability insurance. 

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
We offer pickup at our commercial kitchen space located at 7671 Northwoods Blvd. We also offer delivery.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to Dorchester, Berkley, and most of Charleston County.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Please see our availability page for our current schedule. 

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Our availability calendar accepts orders up to 60 days in advance. If you would like to place an order for a date passed that timeline, please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOARD STAY FRESH?
We recommend consuming your board within 24 hours for optimal quality. However, if you need to serve the board at a later time, please let us know when ordering so that we can double wrap your board and choose ingredients that will hold their quality longer.   

WHAT WILL BE ON MY BOARD?
All boards are custom designed based on what is seasonally available, and no two boards will be exactly the same. We use high-quality charcuterie meats and chesses and the freshest produce we can find. We source our favorite items from suppliers across the country as well as collaborate with local businesses to offer fresh products. We use locally grown produce when available. We also shop at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and local wholesalers.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL MY BOARD SERVE?
Recommended serving sizes are listed with each board description. If you are entertaining big eaters, we suggest sizing up your board. 

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us after checkout so we can make appropriate arrangements for your order. Please Note - Nosh works in a shared commercial kitchen space, and while we take every precaution to prevent allergens in your order, it is possible that cross contamination may occur.

DO YOU HANDLE LARGE, CORPORATE, OR CATERING ORDERS?
Absolutely. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations 5 days prior to delivery will receive 100% refund
Cancellations 2-4 days prior to delivery will receive 50% refund 
Cancellations 1 day prior to delivery will receive NO refund
